Rebuilding and recovering data from failed, offline & degraded Raid arrays
Depending on
which level of service you choose, your data could be recovered in less than 24
hours!
We successfully recover
data from all of the disk drives utilized in today's Enterprise
Storage Systems running in the operating system environments below, including SQL, Oracle and other databases, user directories, configuration files and setup
information:
The recovery process
begins by calling 1-800-450-9282.
One of our
customer care professionals will walk you step-by-step through a
series of questions to diagnose your problem, determine the likelihood of
recovering your data and provide you with a price quote.
When your storage media or RAID is
received, it is logged into our system. You will receive a call
or email from your customer service representative who will confirm
receipt. Additional information that might help
in recovering your data will be gathered. RAID data recovery engineers will then begin the evaluation process.
When the
evaluation is complete your customer service professional will
provide you with the results, list of recoverable files for your
review and a firm price. Once you authorize us to proceed, your data is recovered and taken through a strict quality
control process to ensure it is in useable format.
Your data is returned to you
on an external hard drive.
The size of the external hard drive depends on the volume of files
recovered. In time-critical or emergency data recovery situations, ADR can send data back via
same-day courier or FTP transfer. FTP transfer allows you to download your most critical files from
our servers quickly and securely. In the unfortunate event that your
data is not recoverable, you will only be charged the evaluation
fee. Call now to get started
